About the Role
The Student Engagement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating student placements, work experience, and early careers programs across CPA. This role provides operational support to managers, students, and education providers to deliver a high-quality placement experience while supporting CPA’s future workforce pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate student placements, work experience, and student volunteer opportunities across CPA.
- Manage placement requests, onboarding activities, and ensure students complete required compliance and induction requirements.
- Support managers and supervisors to create positive placement experiences and provide guidance throughout the placement lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with students, education providers (including universities and TAFEs), and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and reporting requirements through systems including Workday.
- Support scholarship and early careers initiatives, student feedback activities, and continuous improvement of student programs.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating student placements, work experience, volunteering, or similar programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for supporting students and developing future talent.
- This role requires a low level of physical functionality.
- All workers must adhere to the NDIS Worker Code of Conduct.
