Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive project controls service, incorporating reporting and management information, earned value management, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion and critical path analysis during the delivery of major project(s).
• Manage safe, high-quality and compliant delivery while promoting inclusion and wellbeing.
• Develop and implement PMO and project controls frameworks, supporting best-in-class service and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage teams across cost, schedule, risk and reporting, contributing to long-term strategic improvement.
• Mentor teams, drive knowledge-sharing, and support resourcing and recruitment for the commission.

Requirements

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Seven years’ relevant experience in linear infrastructure delivery.
• Strong infrastructure project and programme delivery expertise.
• Proven commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management.
• Experienced leader with sustainability and carbon awareness.
