We are looking for a people person with a passion for pub food and drinks to create unforgettable guest experiences at Glenmore Tavern.
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the floor, connecting with guests to ensure memorable visits.
- Recommend meals or drinks based on product knowledge and guest preferences.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, making every interaction fun and memorable.
- Maintain high standards from opening to closing.
- Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Requirements
- Ability to perform manual handling and lifting safely and efficiently.
- Current RSA certificate.
- Flexible availability.
- Willingness to undergo Employee Due Diligence checks, including a National Police Check.
