About the Role
You will own the end-to-end delivery of retail fit outs, branded environments, pop-ups, and experiential activations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of retail fit outs, branded environments, pop-ups and experiential activations from brief through to completion
- Take client briefs and turn them into clear, deliverable project plans
- Carry out site surveys and feasibility assessments
- Advise on build methods, materials and technical requirements
- Build project budgets, Bills of Materials and manage project costs
- Source suppliers, compare quotations and value engineer where appropriate
- Prepare proposals, installation plans and client presentations for approval
- Lead client communication, weekly WIP meetings and stakeholder updates
- Brief design, production and installation teams throughout project delivery
- Approve drawings, samples and technical specifications
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, site readiness and installation schedules
- Act as the onsite point of contact during installations, resolving issues quickly while maintaining quality
- Complete snagging, project handovers and final project documentation
Requirements
- Experienced managing retail, experiential, interiors, live events or creative production projects
- Confident leading projects from concept through to completion with full ownership
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, timelines and project profitability
- An excellent communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
- Confident coordinating design, production and installation teams
- Comfortable managing onsite delivery within fast-paced live environments
- Solutions focused with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional retail environments and customer experiences
Skills
- SketchUp or AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign)
- Print, POS or fixture production
- Health & Safety site standards and CDM processes
- Joinery, fabrication and manufacturing workflows
- An established network of trusted build and production suppliers
