About the Role
The Analyst, Constituent & Marketing Analytics is responsible for delivering analytics and data-driven insights to support the Foundation’s fundraising programs, products, and campaigns, aiming to drive net revenue growth, supporter loyalty, and supporter engagement. This role primarily supports the Lottery program and involves data operations, analysis, segmentation, targeting, process documentation, and data management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior and collaborate with marketing leads to develop and implement supporter segmentation and communication strategies.
- Evaluate tactics and develop data insights to identify opportunities for improving supporter communication, upgrades, cross-selling, retention, and lifetime value.
- Manage analytics and reporting requests, including documenting requirements, metrics, and dimension definitions, creating mockups, and tracking progress.
- Ensure accurate completion of daily, weekly, and campaign performance reports, as well as automated reports and dashboards using various data sources.
- Track Media, Digital, and Offline channel results during campaigns, provide status updates, and recommend mid-campaign adjustments.
- Collaborate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel Direct Marketing campaigns.
- Manage the marketing campaign calendar to ensure critical data operations dates are met.
- Extract data for campaign analysis and communications using existing protocols.
- Document new data protocols for knowledge sharing.
- Support media campaign planning with key stakeholders and media vendors.
- Ensure data operations meet plans and that data exchanged with external partners is accurate and timely.
- Identify needs for dataset changes or improvements and collaborate on requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work with vendors to ensure agreed-upon work is completed.
- Collaborate across the organization to identify learning, insight, and collaboration opportunities.
- Support priority initiatives and projects.
- Provide data and insights to support program leads' annual and short-term plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Build relationships with IT teams and vendors to achieve integrations and synergies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of analytics or data management experience in a customer-centered organization.
- Experience reporting on mass media campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
- Experience delivering data analysis and insights through storytelling and visualization.
- Experience in data visualization and data modeling using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Cloud Analytics environments like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Experience working with Google Analytics and digital marketing performance management.
- Applicants must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
Skills
- Solid experience and understanding of data to inform integrated digital/offline campaign operations, tactics evaluation, and results monitoring.
- Exceptional data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, DAX.
- Data visualization using tools like Power BI.
- Experience integrating AI tools (Co-pilot, Claude, etc.) into an analytics workflow.
- Good understanding of customer experience.
- Understanding of customer file segmentation and strategic planning based on ongoing interactive communication.
- Good project management skills and ability to oversee and execute complex campaign schedules.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into layperson language.
- Ceaseless curiosity and ability to delve into data to prove/disprove hypotheses.
- Strong ability to translate data into action.
- Strong ability to manage multiple demands.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration and consultation.
- Self-starter with comfort turning ambiguity into process and action.

- Work from anywhere in Canada
- Requires ability to come to the Toronto office up to 6 times per year

- $67,000 to $82,000
