About the Role
FWD生命保険の経理部では、FRS17/9に基づくグループ向け財務報告および、保険業法に基づく法定決算・税務業務の両立を担います。グローバルに展開するFWDグループとの連携を通じて、国際税務を含む高度な税務ガバナンスの確立と運用を推進します。また、従来の決算・税務業務にとどまらず、将来を見据えた経理・会計プロセスの効率化・高度化を目的とした業務改革・デジタル化プロジェクトも積極的に推進します。変化の大きい環境の中で、専門性を磨きながら主体的に課題解決に取り組み、チームで価値創出できる人材が求められています。
Responsibilities
- 国内外の税務戦略およびコンプライアミスの主導、グループ方針に則った税務ガバナンスの確立
- 決算業務における税務観点からの統制、財務報告の信頼性向上と税務リスクの最小化
- 法人税・間接税等の税務業務全体を統括し、申告およびレビューの最終責任
- 国際税務（移転価格・BEPS等）の戦略策定および実行を主導
- 税務ガバナンス・内部統制の構築とグループ基準との整合性の確保
- 決算プロセスにおける税効果会計・税務引当の妥当性の統括
- 海外グループ会社・HQとの税務および決算関連の連携・調整
- 税務調査・当局対応および監査法人との税務論点対応
- 税務リスクの特定、回避・低減策の立案と実行
- 決算・税務プロセスの効率化およびデジタル化の推進
- チームの専門性強化および後継者育成
Requirements
- CPA（公認会計士）または税理士資格
- 税務実務経験（目安10年以上、法人税中心）
- 国際税務（移転価格・クロスボーダー取引）の実務経験
- 税効果会計を含む決算実務の十分な理解
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（会議・交渉対応可能）
- 組織マネジメントおよびプロジェクトリード経験
- 高度な分析力・論理的思考力
- グローバル企業での税務統括経験（優遇）
- 税務戦略立案・高度化プロジェクトの推進経験（優遇）
- 保険・金融業界に関する知見（優遇）
- ERP／税務システム導入・高度化経験（優遇）
