About the Role

As an (Associate) Product Manager, you will drive the success of pharmaceutical products by monitoring market trends, developing brand strategies, implementing promotional campaigns, building relationships with opinion leaders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your marketing expertise, analytical skills, and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry will contribute to the company's growth and market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize promotional campaigns, materials, and educational initiatives aligned with brand strategies and KPIs.
  • Ensure marketing materials adhere to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the salesforce, providing clear market direction and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives aligned with growth drivers and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the Medical team, to develop and implement operational plans aligned with brand strategy.
  • Take accountability for forecasting and budget management activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Product Manager).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Associate Product Manager).
  • Experience in the Oncology market is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented personality with project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
