About the Role
Kickstart your career in loss adjusting with full support and training from industry experts. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn everything needed to become a confident and capable digital loss adjuster. As a Digital Adjuster, you'll be part of a collaborative team using innovative technology to assess and manage property claims.
Responsibilities
- Perform digital adjusting using field and digital tools
- Investigate the cause and extent of loss and determine policy coverage
- Communicate proactively with clients and customers about findings and solutions
- Calculate repair or replacement costs and review scopes of work
- Deliver an exceptional claims experience through teamwork and customer focus
Requirements
- Experience in a corporate support role (insurance experience a plus)
- Passionate about customer service and helping others
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
- Committed to completing a professional industry qualification (e.g. ANZIIF)
- A team player who can also work independently
- Successful in joining our team, you will be required to complete reference checks, mandatory background checks, including a police check and work rights.
