This role is suited for a high-calibre individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate effectively in an ambiguous business environment with minimal direction. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, managing projects end-to-end, and producing high-quality materials for executive audiences. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and deliver consistently.

  • Define and refine business models to ensure the organization creates and captures value in a scalable and sustainable way
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking by monitoring market trends to identify gaps and generate actionable strategic insights
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
  • Drive operational cadences including planning cycles, steering committees, and business performance reviews
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating issues proactively and proposing practical solutions
  • Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports that provide clear visibility to leadership
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing documents, and reports for senior executives and leadership forums
  • Synthesise inputs from multiple functions into cohesive, well-structured materials suitable for C-suite audiences
  • Act as a coordination hub across business units, facilitating alignment and driving decisions forward
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in product, program or project management (technology or automotive sector preferred) or management consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to support or drive business planning and analysis, corporate strategy, or operational improvement initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations and executive-level materials
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and prioritise effectively under ambiguity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Experience in a technology company, digital business, or product-led organisation
  • Exposure to product management methodologies (e.g. agile, roadmapping, OKRs, product lifecycle management)
