Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt of all inbound freight and processing of all outbound shipments, including domestic and international orders.
- Pick, pack, stage, and ship products from the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Provide supply chain services.
- Manage the availability of critical parts.
- Support engineering requirements.
- Control inventory.
- Provide customer service support to remote facilities.
- Receive, verify, document, and process inbound and outbound shipments using SAP or other warehouse management tools.
- Ensure accurate shipping and import/export documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices, labels).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO inventory practices, replenishment, discrepancy resolution, and reporting of inventory shortages.
- Maintain 7S standards and an organized warehouse environment.
- Process kitting requests, manage consumables, track IP collateral, coordinate returns, and resolve shipping issues with carriers.
- Participate in safety initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/warehouse management systems.
- Skilled in packaging, palletizing, and handling high-value or fragile materials.
- Strong attention to detail with inventory control, shipping documentation, and basic mathematical reconciliations.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Ability to safely lift, stand, walk, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
