About the Role

The VP, Account Management will manage a portfolio of client relationships within the Broadridge Asset Management Solutions business, serving as a strategic partner to help clients achieve their goals using Broadridge's products and services. This role requires strong presentation, influencing, and commercial skills, partnering with internal and external leaders for successful solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and key partners.
  • Monitor service delivery and account health, keeping clients informed and acting as an escalation point.
  • Facilitate periodic service review meetings for performance discussion and strategic engagement.
  • Communicate business environment changes to management.
  • Leverage Broadridge's products and expertise to create competitive client offerings.
  • Prepare and execute annual client strategic plans, defining goals and objectives.
  • Grow Broadridge's market share and strengthen its positioning within each account.
  • Manage client satisfaction and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
  • Participate in all necessary aspects of the renewal process.
  • Provide market intelligence, client direction, and feedback.
  • Conduct and coordinate negotiations on contract terms and conditions.
  • Work with business management, finance, and legal on pricing proposals and legal documents.
  • Ensure Information Security activities are coordinated across the Client and within Broadridge.
  • Identify upsell and new business opportunities by understanding client business initiatives and priorities.
  • Maintain awareness of current and planned Broadridge product and service developments.
  • Engage appropriate internal business segments and product sales teams.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the inner workings of front/middle office operations of Hedge Funds and Private Credit managers.
  • Minimum 15 years of buy side experience or account management experience.
  • Closing and contract negotiation skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of products including OMS, Portfolio Management, Risk, Compliance Data Warehouse, Pricing, Reference Data, Accounting, Reconciliation and Reporting, Managed Services.
  • Ability to take a consultative approach to problem solving with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel (20%).
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment.
