  • Expand strategic market presence by identifying whitespace opportunities within target verticals and converting market insight into actionable business development strategies.
  • Act as a market-facing leader, representing Broadridge at conferences, executive meetings, and industry events to generate awareness, build relationships, and source new opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal sales, product, marketing, operations, and service teams to shape compelling solutions and differentiated proposals.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline through accurate forecasting, account planning, CRM hygiene, and opportunity tracking to ensure visibility, momentum, and accountability against growth targets.
  • Deliver revenue results by consistently achieving and exceeding quota through disciplined execution, high activity, and strong conversion across the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of success in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on new business development, prospecting, and hunter-style acquisition.
  • Demonstrated track record of originating and closing net-new logo business and building pipeline in complex, competitive markets.
  • Proven ability to sell technology-enabled solutions and services to executive-level buyers in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-year sales cycles and negotiating enterprise-level agreements.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding quota through self-generated opportunities, disciplined pipeline management, and consultative selling.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives, frame business value, and align solutions to strategic, financial, and operational priorities.
  • Strong market curiosity and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify unmet client needs and translate them into actionable sales opportunities.
