About the Role
This Client Director role within Cisco's Enterprise Organization focuses on developing and executing comprehensive customer success plans and aggressive growth strategies to maximize Cisco's opportunity. You will manage sales teams across IT and business units, oversee booking and expense responsibilities, and make strategic business decisions impacting people development, customer loyalty, and long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans.
- Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies.
- Develop and execute an action plan to deliver key customer outcomes.
- Maximize Cisco's opportunity.
- Manage sales teams across IT and business unit groups using a "sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through" model.
- Manage booking and expense responsibilities.
- Be accountable for solid long-term business decisions, including people development, customer loyalty, business unit alignment, co-development, co-investment, and balancing short-term business issues against long-term goals.
- Identify, develop, and implement key initiatives aligned with Enterprise Operation Strategy & Execution Priorities.
- Lead and coach teams through transformation using account planning, opportunity identification, business relevant/customer value selling, business disciplines, and Challenger Sales strategy.
- Develop and manage relationships with CIO, CSO, CTO, IT, and Buyer to relate product/solution to business value.
- Exceed bookings goals by geography, architecture, and vertical.
- Manage operating expenses (Opex) goals.
- Maintain forecast accuracy.
- Provide visibility and in-depth knowledge into numbers, including customer insights, macro/micro-trends, and consumption models.
- Attract, develop, and retain high-performance account team talent through career development, coaching, performance management, and hiring.
- Strategically lead and influence your team and integrated cross-functional teams.
- Focus on contributing to the long-term success of the Enterprise Segment by being a collaborative leader amongst peers.
- Consistently strive to improve and reinvent yourself.
Requirements
- BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in leadership roles selling solutions to senior executives at named accounts.
- Demonstrated track record managing large accounts with significant revenue responsibility and/or profit/loss center.
- Demonstrated track record of overachieving targets to meet stretch goals.

Salary/Compensations
- $406,600.00 - $513,100.00 (U.S. and/or Canada)
- $406,600.00 - $590,100.00 (New York City Metro Area)
- $396,000.00 - $595,900.00 (Non-Metro New York state & Washington state)
