About the Role

Sierra is building a platform to help businesses create better customer experiences using AI. This role will partner with Agent Development leadership to provide operational rigor, visibility into business health, and drive expansion strategies. You will also leverage AI-native tools to build internal systems and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategy and operations partner to Agent Dev leadership.
  • Bring operational rigor to Agent Dev similar to that powering the Sales organization.
  • Partner with Agent Dev leaders to provide clear visibility into business health, including pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks.
  • Help define and scale the playbook for building, evaluating, launching, and expanding AI agents at large enterprises.
  • Work closely with account teams to identify whitespace, prioritize expansion opportunities, and build repeatable motions for revenue growth.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Leverage AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to build lightweight internal systems, automate workflows, and create operational leverage.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and clear business actions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure complex problems and drive them to resolution.
  • Commercial instinct and business judgment, with a clear understanding of how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • A growth mindset, coachability, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
