About the Role

This role involves the safe installation of production materials for advertising products, site inspections, and general site maintenance. The position requires physical labor, adherence to safety procedures, and the use of company equipment and mobile platforms for task management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Safely installs production material on bulletins, posters, and other advertising products.
• Ensures proper safety and incident procedures are followed.
• Inspects site and reports any issues such as tree blockage or structure issues via mobile platform.
• Maintains sites, trims trees and shrubs, paints signs, and clears debris.
• Reports any landlord issues or complaints.
• Uses company-issued equipment and systems to review work instructions and input data.
• Takes photographs of completed jobs as needed.
• Performs standard warehousing activities related to billboard copy material, components, and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
• Minimum one year of related work experience (e.g., light/medium construction, work in a delivery-type role).
• Valid driver’s license, CDL Class preferred.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.

Skills

• Climbing structures (up to 100 feet or higher).
• Utilizing mobile platforms for task tracking, reporting issues, taking photographs, completing forms, and inputting hours worked.
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook mail.
• Highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability: Adapting to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations, and with diverse individuals and groups.
• Collaborating with Others: Working together in a cooperative and supportive manner to achieve shared goals.
• Concern for Safety: Identifying hazardous or potentially hazardous situations and taking appropriate action.
