About the Role

At Fitness First, Member Support Consultants (MSCs) are the heartbeat of the club, inspiring motivation, building confidence, and helping members start their fitness journey. This role drives membership growth through proactive outreach and community connection, turning interest into action by introducing people to the club and supporting their goals. You will also build strong relationships with existing members, delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Actively participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending club-based products to boost results and amplify their experience

Requirements

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members
  • Excellent communication skills to talk to anyone with ease and inspire action
  • Drive and a goal-focused attitude with a continuous search for self-improvement
  • Team player mentality to rally through challenges and celebrate successes
  • Customer focus with the ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and help them achieve their goals
