About the Role
As a Welcome Team Ambassador, you will be the friendly face greeting visitors, sharing insider tips on events, tours, and local gems, and helping guests make the most of their time at our world-famous precinct. You will also be a key point of contact for information and assistance for our guests with accessibility requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in a high volume, face to face customer service role
- Ability to actively engage with patrons from a wide variety of demographics and backgrounds
- Excellent presentation and personal grooming standards
- Calm, professional and mature manner
- Ability to memorize key information, including product selling points and event dates, times and venues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic environment
- Excellent ability to quickly find solutions and problem solve to meet customer needs and expectations
- Physical capability and ability to stand for long periods of time outside in all weather and low light conditions
- Wearing an earpiece and radio are essential for safety and communication across teams
- Availability to work flexible hours, that will include evenings, weekend and public holiday shifts
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Full Driving License, held for more than 12 months, with no more than 3 demerit points
- Must hold a valid Australian visa with work rights at the time of application
- Eligible to work for at least two to three shifts per week
- Must have at least 2 years left on visa, or the option to renew
- Existing Australian work rights are required
- Offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Check and Pre-Employment Health Assessment

Salary/Compensations
- Base wage of $37.84 per hour plus 23.3% Casual Loading, 17.5% Scale Penalty and 12% Superannuation Contributions
