About the Role

Arcadis is seeking a Water/Wastewater Account Leader to shape the future of water infrastructure in Texas. This role involves leading strategic client relationships, influencing the growth of the water practice, and working with experts on impactful water and wastewater programs. It is ideal for a proven water industry professional skilled in client relationships, business growth, team leadership, and complex project delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow strategic client relationships, identify new opportunities, and lead business development efforts across the Texas water market.
Lead positioning, capture planning, proposals, presentations, and interviews to win complex water and wastewater projects.
Oversee the successful delivery of water and wastewater treatment, conveyance, reuse, and pumping facility projects while managing scope, risk, schedule, and financial performance.
Partner with technical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional client service.
Mentor and develop engineers and project managers while helping build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on long-term water and wastewater infrastructure planning and investment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
15 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain through reciprocity
20 years of relevant industry experience (Preferred)
Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
