About the Role
This role supports marketing operations, events, training programs, and cross-functional initiatives within a global medical device company. You will collaborate with Product Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing activities, driving business growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing operations and business reporting, including product performance, market activity, and business updates.
- Maintain marketing documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and healthcare industry standards.
- Assist with the development and localization of marketing materials, training resources, product manuals, and distributor communications.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support business planning and product strategies.
- Coordinate marketing events, medical congresses, workshops, training sessions, and distributor education programs.
- Manage marketing data, assets, and databases, including updating information within internal systems such as SAP.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense tracking, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to drive successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP and AI tools is an advantage.
- Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is preferred but not essential.
