About the Role
The Finance Business Partner – Hotels Network & Loyalty position analyzes macro trends across the hotel fleet, acting as the single source of truth for portfolio performance, unlocking strategic insights, and shaping the future profile of hotels. This role involves analyzing guest data and collaborating with State Managers on venue strategies to achieve long-term commercial wins.
Responsibilities
- Establish, monitor, and deliver overarching performance metrics across the fleet.
- Proactively flag systemic issues, identify lagging venues, and partner with State Managers to embed turnaround or optimisation strategies.
- Partner with core group functions (Capital, Property, and Strategy) to deliver key analytics that guide major investment choices and network optimisation.
- Utilize guest data (pub+ and Single View of Guest) to generate commercial insights that fuel future growth ambitions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams outside of finance to deliver end-to-end commercial solutions.
Requirements
- Self-starter with passion, enthusiasm, and strong commercial acumen.
- 3 - 5+ years in a relevant finance/analytics role, ideally in a commercial environment.
- Proven expertise handling large datasets, financial modeling, and tools like GCP, Excel, or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with cross-functional partners.
