About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator for the Emerging Talent team, you will be central to the hiring process, supporting the recruitment for early careers programmes nationwide, including degree apprenticeships, internships, and graduate opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for degree apprenticeships, internships, and graduate programs.
  • Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone/video interviews.
  • Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews or assessment centers and provide timely feedback.
  • Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages.
  • Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards of interview feedback compliance.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of the team.
  • Manage the temp recruitment process and collaborate with agencies within the office environment.
  • Manage recruitment email inboxes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment is beneficial.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Ability to use initiative.
  • A good team player with the ability to also work independently.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Google suite is advantageous.
