About the Role

Responsible for assuring the successful completion of various changes such as new product launches, products or technology transfers, raw material changes, new market introductions, and packaging changes. This role serves as the primary contact with stakeholders for managing timely execution, follow-up, and status reporting, ensuring site Project Management strategy is deployed and executed via formal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrates and ensures that project development strategies align with site strategy to support the product sourcing management process.
  • Leads impact/feasibility assessment of product changes.
  • Coordinates requested requirements.
  • Assigns resources and forms teams.
  • Negotiates implementation timelines.
  • Ensures checklist utilization for every applicable project and ascertains checklist is updated.
  • Prepares high-level timelines for new products and new presentations.
  • Develops product launch strategies.
  • Anticipates, identifies, and communicates potential issues impacting launches or transfers; proposes contingencies/alternatives and initiates corrective actions.
  • Supports and promotes Lean and RFT initiatives.
  • Drives Process Improvement Initiatives.
  • Ensures the site properly uses harmonized local or global systems in a harmonized manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science (Pharmacy or Engineering)
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with relevant related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Technical Services, Product Transfers, New Product Introduction, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Microsoft Project Management knowledge.
  • Self-starter, team player, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Excellent written skills in English.
  • Good verbal communication and ability to coach and provide guidance to others.
  • Computer literate, with superior skills in managing Excel spreadsheets (or similar database).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proven record of problem-solving, decision-making skills and application of process improvement tools.

  • $114,998 to $158,122.80 plus a 12% performance bonus
