About the Role
This role is responsible for bringing both 2DAYFM and 2DAYFM Breakfast to life through compelling promotions, audience experiences, partnerships and activations that drive listening, engagement and brand love. You will be the mastermind behind bold, audience-first experiences that bring the brand to life, from on-air promotions and street activations to digital campaigns and local events. You will help drive the strategy and team culture alongside the Content Director, Assistant Content Director, and Show Executive Producer.
Responsibilities
- Bring both 2DAYFM and 2DAYFM Breakfast to life through compelling promotions, audience experiences, partnerships and activations.
- Drive listening, engagement and brand love.
- Shape the future of the brand while creating unforgettable moments for Sydney listeners.
- Be the mastermind behind bold, audience-first experiences that bring the brand to life.
- Develop on-air promotions, street activations, digital campaigns, and local events.
- Grow the audience and deepen listener love.
- Help drive the strategy and team culture alongside the Content Director, Assistant Content Director, and Show Executive Producer.
Requirements
- Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry, including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms.
- High-level Project Management skills.
- Excellent people and resource management skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutions.
- Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels.
- Ability to handle a high volume of projects at a high pace with ease.
- Keen interest in news, popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audiences.
