About the Role

Lead the brand experience strategy for 2DAYFM, bringing the brand to life through compelling promotions, audience experiences, partnerships, and activations to drive listening, engagement, and brand love. Work closely with Content, Digital, Sales, and Programming teams to shape the brand's future and create unforgettable moments for Sydney listeners.

Responsibilities

  • Bring 2DAYFM and 2DAYFM Breakfast to life through compelling promotions, audience experiences, partnerships and activations.
  • Drive strategy and team culture alongside the Content Director, Assistant Content Director, and Show Executive Producer.
  • Develop bold, audience-first experiences that bring the brand to life, from on-air promotions and street activations to digital campaigns and local events.
  • Grow the audience and deepen listener love.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of content, sales, and promotions in the radio/media industry, including understanding the business benefits of integration across all platforms.
  • High-level Project Management skills.
  • Excellent people and resource management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutions.
  • Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of projects at a high pace with ease.
  • Keen interest in news, popular culture, and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audiences.
