About the Role

This is a genuine end-to-end property management role across two assets, where you will own the day-to-day performance of an established retail centre and a growing industrial estate. You will help build the portfolio's operational processes rather than simply operate an existing system.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across a retail centre and an industrial estate
• Steer leasing alongside the asset team, working closely with agents and tenant representatives
• Manage the day-to-day presentation and performance of both assets
• Act as the direct link between the centre team and senior management, including input into development meetings and recommendations that go to the directors
• Drive cost mitigation and process improvement, including a live systems migration and new reporting structures
• Build genuine relationships with tenants, leasing agents, and other stakeholders across a growing portfolio

Requirements

• Several years of property management experience, ideally across retail and industrial assets
• A genuine track record in budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial performance
• Comfort working directly with leasing agents, tenant representatives, and other external stakeholders
• The ability to work well with people above and below you
• A builder mentality, comfortable improving systems and process that are still maturing
