About the Role
This role is responsible for the overall marketing department and subsequent processes, ensuring brand alignment, high-quality content, and a thoughtful approach to marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication plans to drive user engagement with the global food brand.
- Own and manage internal communications, presentations, tools, and resources.
- Oversee communication efforts supporting global initiatives and local campaigns.
- Create, assign, and train staff on SOPs for digital signage, POS systems, and other technology platforms.
- Mentor, support, and manage internal team members in planning and executing local campaigns and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders to develop user experiences.
- Establish and track ROI linking employee communications programs to brand engagement and organization performance.
- Design menu and signage concepts for campuses, including weekly menu updates and daily changes.
- Manage branding and marketing collateral alignment across all campus displays.
- Manage Social Media presence, adhering to customer branding requirements and maintaining photography collections.
- Develop and maintain an auditing process for all marketing material on-site.
- Manage multiple small to medium-scale projects from creation to completion.
- Oversee communication on Slack channels, responding to requests and concerns.
- Manage marketing projects for various teams as needed.
- Write, edit, and produce compelling content, including videos, communication materials, and infographics.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-level marketing role.
- Experience working at a tech or creative entertainment/marketing company.
- Interest in gaming and empathy for the player experience.
- Must be able to cope under pressure.
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
- Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds.
- Sitting for an extensive amount of time.
- Standing for an extensive amount of time.
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
Skills
- Computer proficiency in Google Suite programs.
- Experience with design programs a plus.
