About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of traffic management operations across a diverse road network for a major Western Sydney Project. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all traffic management activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual, regulatory and client requirements while supporting project performance, stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, implementation and performance of traffic management activities across the project.
• Ensuring compliance with traffic, safety, quality and environmental requirements, standards and legislation.
• Managing stakeholder relationships with clients, road authorities, subcontractors and key project partners.
• Reviewing and approving traffic management documentation permits and traffic control plans to support project delivery.
• Monitoring traffic operations, project costs and performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Experienced traffic management professional with a strong background delivering traffic management solutions across complex road, civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing traffic operations, compliance requirements and stakeholder relationships while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and project performance.
• Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• Proactive approach and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable leading teams, managing project costs and identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes.
