About the Role

The Supply Chain Loss Prevention Associate - PM Shift supports security, compliance, and shrink reduction initiatives within a Processing Centre environment, playing a critical role in protecting people, assets, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and secure workplace by supporting safety, access control and compliance activities.
• Conduct audits, inspections and operational reviews to identify risks and process gaps.
• Support investigations into theft, fraud, inventory discrepancies and other loss events.
• Assist with CCTV reviews, evidence gathering and reporting.
• Partner with warehouse teams to drive compliance, inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate security, safety and operational concerns.

Requirements

• Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Compliance, Investigations or Audit.
• Warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.
• Ability to identify risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
