About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable execution of operations, simplifying and optimizing processes in line with business strategy, and contributing to company growth. The position requires understanding the business environment and strategy, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and driving efficiency in essential business operations. It also involves process development and change management for new system implementations, reviewing and reducing tasks, and identifying new service opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage business operations including shipping, sales, special pricing, and consignment inventory.
- Provide business support such as inventory counts, loans, and on-site support.
- Build internal operational processes for new system implementations.
- Define requirements and improvements for core systems like One Force.
- Organize master data and pricing for the conclusion of MBP and manage the related project.
- Improve and formalize the sell-out process and systems.
- Monitor operations and compliance for samples, on-site support, loans, and paid services.
- Manage the team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the medical industry or related fields (5+ years recommended).
- Sales experience is desirable.
- People management experience.
- Project management and process simplification skills.
- Understanding of and proficiency in IT, including system construction and operation experience.
- High communication and leadership skills (internal and external).
- Knowledge of compliance, such as HCC.
- English proficiency as needed.
