About the Role

Join a 100% remote team that’s built for performance, not postcode. We offer clear career pathways and rapid growth opportunities, with 70% of new hires promoted within 6 months. This role is open to candidates based in Australia on the Eastern Seaboard with full working rights, requiring a commitment to a full-time schedule of 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients and set up appointments.
  • Manage schedules with precision.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to leads and sales team members.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and partners to deliver SaaS revenue.
  • Spend approximately 6 hours daily contacting customers via phone, email, SMS, video calls, and a dialler.
  • Follow up on leads over a 14-day period, making calls, sending SMSs, and emails.
  • Understand the goals and pain points of Australian business owners.
  • Dedicate approximately 1 hour daily to learning Thryv software and improving communication skills through daily huddles, team meetings, call calibration, and one-on-one coaching.

Requirements

  • A positive and growth-minded personality.
  • Passion for helping Australian businesses thrive and a desire to progress in sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Comfort with technology and quick learning of new systems.
  • A basic understanding of business language.
  • Previous sales or call centre experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm AEST).
  • Must be based in Australia (Eastern Seaboard) with valid working rights.
  • Commitment to a full-time structure; part-time arrangements are not supported.
