Responsibilities
- Operate central HVAC and mechanical equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to specified corporate operating procedures.
- Repair and maintain food production, kitchen, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration systems, boilers, plumbing, electrical, and natural gas distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and pneumatic problems quickly and economically.
- Perform ongoing preventive and predictive maintenance.
Requirements
- Previous hotel engineering experience required, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and general building construction.
- Understand and efficiently maintain and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
- Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical parts breakdown.
- Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a high work ethic and self-initiative.
