About the Role
This role supports and delivers priority people programs across employee listening, engagement, culture, DEI, and leadership community initiatives. You will collaborate with business leaders and the People and Culture team to maintain momentum during a period of integration and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee listening activities, including engagement surveys, feedback analysis, and action planning follow-through.
- Manage the cadence and administration of the DEI Council, including agendas, communications, action tracking, and progress reporting.
- Support leadership community initiatives through event and forum coordination, communications, materials development, and follow-up activities.
- Design and coordinate culture, engagement, EVP, recognition, and integration-related initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise and delivery support across key HR and people programs.
- Maintain reporting, governance updates, and project trackers, providing insights and updates for senior leadership forums.
- Deliver flexible HR consulting support across a range of people priorities as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- An experienced HR professional with a minimum of 8 to 10+ years of experience.
- Possess a broad background and expertise across employee experience, engagement, culture, inclusion, and capability initiatives.
- May come from a consulting background or have experienced in a broad-based business partnering role.
- Can combine strong project coordination and program management skills with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
- Confident preparing presentations, briefing papers, and stakeholder communications.
- Background checks (including Federal Police Checks, Employment checks, ASIC banned and disqualified persons and Bankruptcy checks) will be completed prior to the candidate's employment being confirmed.
