About the Role
Lead the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring campaigns deliver exceptional commercial outcomes across paid search, paid social, and broader digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital performance strategy across a portfolio of clients
- Develop integrated channel strategies based on data, insights and business objectives
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and grow client investment
- Oversee forecasting, budget management and performance reporting
- Drive collaboration across planning, media, creative, technology and analytics teams
- Lead campaign optimisation through data-driven insights and attribution modelling
- Support new business pitches and agency growth initiatives
- Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Performance Managers and Executives
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across the Performance team
Requirements
- Commercially minded digital leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on client leadership
- 4+ years' experience in digital performance marketing within an agency environment
- Strong expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social and broader performance media
- Advanced experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SA360 and Meta Business Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Experience building multi-channel digital strategies and forecasting performance
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative leadership style with experience developing and mentoring teams
- Outstanding project management, communication and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
