Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficiency and top-quality repairs.
- Estimate repair costs using cutting-edge tools and collaborate with insurance companies and customers.
- Mentor and lead a talented team of technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, insurance adjusters, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Must have Estimators Credentials.
- Must have prior experience in a body shop environment.
- Proven experience in a body shop leadership role or as an estimator.
- Expertise in creating accurate and competitive estimates using CCC One or similar software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to inspire and manage a team for peak performance.
