About the Role
Elm Chevrolet is seeking a motivated, results-driven Automotive Product Specialist to join their high-volume sales team. This role requires individuals skilled in lead management, deal closing, and building customer relationships, targeting those with proven automotive sales experience in a dealership with steady traffic and strong opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase process from initial contact to delivery
- Provide a professional, customer-focused sales experience
- Manage inbound and outbound leads with consistent follow-up
- Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, features, and current incentives
- Build and maintain a customer base for repeat and referral business
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience
- This is NOT an entry-level position
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment
