About the Role
Lead and inspire a field team to deliver high-quality pest control services, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold company values. This role offers a leadership opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy the outdoors, and want to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services
- Train new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and service
- Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
- Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
- Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
- Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
- Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride
Requirements
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
- Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
