About the Role
We are looking for Box Office Crew Members to join us in creating magical and memorable movie moments. It’s your job to set the tone and atmosphere for guests and other team members, making sure everyone is ready for an enjoyable evening under the stars.
Responsibilities
- Run through the opening checklist (opening the kiosks, starting up the POS systems, getting the popcorn popping, ensuring all tech is ready and our items are stocked and ready to be served, and make sure the guest information packs are ready to go).
- Welcome guests and act as the first point of contact.
- Set a fun and caring tone in all guest interactions.
- Check e-tickets at the box office.
- Help get guests comfortable in their seats.
- Ensure guests know they can come for help.
- Prepare popcorn (full training provided).
- Ring up concessions items.
- Check guests tickets, and walk them through the key elements of our experience.
- Talk to guests, be friendly and help them enjoy their evening.
- Clean and close the venue kiosks securely at the end of the night.
