About the Role

Drive execution and customer engagement within a defined on-premise territory, owning top account relationships and managing distributor execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own top account relationships
  • Manage distributor execution in territory
  • Deliver Teach, Taste, Menu activities
  • Build robust on trade customer relationships
  • Deploy activation strategies that grow customer and consumer connection to our brands

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in sales or account management
  • Experience in on-premise or hospitality-facing roles
  • Prior exposure to distributor management or field sales
  • Foundational financial acumen with the ability to understand on premise account economics, activation ROI, menu/drink pricing, depletion trends, and distributor execution levers that improve customer growth and ROS.
  • Strong local market knowledge
  • Experience managing customer relationships at outlet level
  • Familiarity with activation programs and events
