Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a high-turnover outlet setting.
- Drive a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and ongoing development.
- Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and wage control.
- Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver strong commercial results.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders across Western Sydney locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager in a high-volume setting.
- Strong leadership capability with a results-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and team development skills.
- A passion for customer experience, brand standards, and commercial performance.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.
