About the Role

Proven, well-networked financial services technology consultant or business development leader who can orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop and close strategic technology transformation partnerships at leading banks, insurers, and other financial services companies.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior executives and lead discussions with top business and technology leaders at large customers, leveraging personal network and relationship-building skills.
• Help financial services companies drive business impact and transform processes through cloud, AI, and new ways of working.
• Identify and originate strategic partnerships between Microsoft, key customers, and relevant third-party stakeholders.
• Lead lean teams of cross-functional sales and technology colleagues, as well as third-party partners.
• Represent the team in senior leadership discussions to design strategy and problem-solve challenges.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Deep professional expertise and network in Banking, Insurance, and/or Capital Markets.
• Deep familiarity with the latest cloud and AI technologies and use cases across financial services domains/business processes.
• Proven ability to sell technology products and services by demonstrating their ability to drive business impact and value.
• Record of originating and structuring complex multi-year partnerships between vendors, customers, and relevant third-party stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional groups to accomplish goals.
• Ability to develop sophisticated business strategies.
• Record of driving change in complex organizations.
