About the Role

Join Ericsson's Planning & Analytics team to shape the future of digital solutions, automation, and AI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and digital experts to build applications, automations, analytics solutions, and AI-powered experiences that simplify processes, improve efficiency, and create better ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Develop Python-based solutions for automation, integrations, and data processing
• Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and business insights
• Explore and prototype AI and Generative AI use cases for business applications
• Improve business processes through automation and digital innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Contribute to application design, user experience improvements, and solution testing
• Support documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and solution adoption
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and help identify new opportunities for innovation

Requirements

• Recently graduated or in the early stages of your professional career
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field
• Interest in automation, digital solutions, data, and AI technologies
• Curious about Generative AI and how technology can solve business challenges
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
