About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of various analytical tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Interview stakeholders to develop solution requirements and capture user stories.
Act as a liaison between business users and business partners, managing relationships and monitoring requirement updates.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Design flows, and Sequence Diagrams.
Create low-fidelity prototypes and test end-to-end scenarios throughout the application development lifecycle.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA teams on test strategies and data preparation.
Provide technical solutions to resolve real-time technical issues.
Support, consult, and interact with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
Delegate tasks to appropriate leads and manage project team productivity to avoid delays.
Identify gaps in client project management models and create integrated project plans with key activities and deadlines.
Ensure project milestones are met on time.

Requirements

5+ years of BA experience
Business level proficiency in French (Spoken and Written)
Familiarity with Agile methodology, ASAP methodology, and Design Thinking
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities and suggest product roadmaps
Ability to work as an individual contributor and a team player
Requires cross-platform integration knowledge
Experience with SAP technologies is a plus
Experience with full life-cycle implementations
