About the Role

Elevate your culinary career with Restaurant Associates, a premier hospitality provider known for delivering excellence in high-profile niche locations. We are seeking a passionate individual to join our vibrant corporate site in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control, and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards
• Provide friendly customer service
• Execute function work and large volume cooking
• Perform stocktake and control
• Ensure HACCP compliance, food safety procedures, and OH&S regulations
• Perform general kitchen and cleaning duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum Cert III Chef trade qualification
• Understanding of Café style food is advantageous
• Highly organised and energetic hands-on leader
• Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating with food safety and allergen management compliance
• Experience in function work and large volume kitchen is preferable
• Confident in OH&S regulations, food safety & HACCP compliance
• Willing to work mornings and evenings
