About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and engaging Business Insurance Sales Consultant to drive sales and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on warm leads from potential clients who have registered on our website.
- Handle inbound inquiries.
- Utilize training and knowledge of BizCover's business insurance products to help customers find the right coverage.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to all legislative and quality assurance requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based environment.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance or other insurance products is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering top-notch experiences.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
