About the Role

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the timely and accurate processing, verification and governance of accounts payable activities including disbursement of payments, vendor maintenance, invoicing, purchase card, assets & travel. The role assists internal clients in managing their payables by providing guidance and advice on policies and procedures governing purchasing. This Talent Pool is being created for future Ongoing or Temporary roles that may arise over the next 18 months.

Responsibilities

  • Assets management
  • Travel management
  • Assisting internal clients in managing their payables by providing guidance and advice on policies and procedures governing purchasing

Requirements

  • Attach an up-to-date resume that clearly details your skills & experience as relevant to this role

  • Be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen to be eligible for ongoing roles
  • Undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check
  • Obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force
