About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and customer support services to staff and other team members to enable the efficient operation of the Inclusion & Diversity, People Strategy & Engagement team. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies and diverse community groups while delivering high quality customer service. The position also supports the coordination of events, workshops and engagement activities that promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation. Success in the role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
- Will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
- Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
