About the Role
Provide hands-on technical leadership for Pepper Technology, focusing on delivering high-quality Appian-based solutions. Guide squads through design and delivery, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and help build a stable, scalable platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and technical delivery across squads
- Ensure alignment with architecture, security and engineering standards
- Coach and mentor engineers to uplift capability and quality
- Manage technical debt and support platform stability
- Contribute to Appian standards and communities of practice
- Partner with stakeholders to manage dependencies and delivery priorities
Requirements
- Extensive application development experience, including Appian
- Proven experience leading technical design in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, databases and secure design
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Platform, and data orchestration capabilities
- Experience mentoring engineers and guiding best practice
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience
