About the Role
We are looking for a working student to support our E-Commerce team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily operations, from logistics and marketplace presence (Amazon & own webshop) to customer support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational orders, communicate with manufacturers and the warehouse, and coordinate production and transport processes to ensure sufficient stock of various book editions across all marketplaces.
- Forecast product sell-out dates and create reports and analyses of sales development to prevent stock shortages or overstock.
- Maintain our online shops (Amazon & Website) and update product listings.
- Manage and monitor external e-commerce service providers and assist customers with product and order inquiries.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in Logistics, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong interest in learning and making a valuable contribution.
- Possess analytical thinking skills and an affinity for numbers.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Responsible, proactive, and structured.
- Enjoy rethinking and optimizing processes.
- Value open and honest communication and a strong growth mindset.
- Ideally, have prior experience with Shopify, shop systems, and/or ERP systems.
