About the Role

Unique AI is building a secure generative AI platform for the financial sector, aiming to revolutionize the industry with an AI Automated workforce to increase efficiency, improve alpha, reduce risk, and increase quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage account health from onboarding to renewal and expansion, flagging churn risk or upsell opportunities early.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for users and executive sponsors, building trust to surface workflow problems.
• Translate customer workflows into working solutions using prompt engineering and configuration, and train users.
• Feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering, and turn learnings into playbooks.
• Work closely with Sales during handoff and expansion conversations, providing account context and supporting upsell pitches.
• Stay current on advances in AI models and techniques, and apply that knowledge to deepen customer use of Unique AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing enterprise SaaS roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting), ideally with financial services industry clients.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to gather, specify, and prioritize requirements with the customer.
• Project management skills with a proven track record of end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites regularly.
• Must live in NY and have a valid work permit.
• Willingness to visit clients on-site within the USA.
