About the Role
This high-impact, high-visibility role owns the experiments roadmap and backlog for core and growth verticals, driving measurable improvements to conversion rate through rapid iteration and scaling successful tests. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with a rigorous approach to experimentation and a sharp point of view on buyer psychology.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and maintain the A/B and multivariate testing backlog, informed by funnel analytics, user research, and competitive analysis.
- Independently prototype offer layouts, design, and copy, then partner with engineering to bring test concepts to life.
- Design and analyze experiments with strong statistical rigor.
- Translate results into clear product decisions, using post-launch data to shape the next round of iteration.
- Communicate strategy, insights, and trade-offs to senior leadership with a focus on business impact.
- Analyze and segment funnel performance to surface high-leverage optimization opportunities.
- Maintain reporting that makes funnel health and experiment results visible and actionable for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct direct consumer research to uncover insights that drive product decisions.
- Partner with Sales and Implementation to shape offer placement and presentation within partner platforms.
- Partner with engineering to evolve the experimentation tech stack, improving efficiency across the experiment lifecycle.
- Use AI to speed up test ideation, hypothesis generation, copy/variant drafting, and segment-level analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, product, marketing, analytics, or another highly cross-functional role.
- Proven experimentation track record: experience running experiment programs and knowing how to design, call, and sequence tests for maximum learning, ideally running 5+ tests at any given time.
- Strong creative judgment and empathy – ability to turn customer pain points into compelling test ideas.
- Comfort with funnel analytics: ability to pull own data, proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau), and ability to distinguish signal from noise.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
- Comfort operating within regulated environments – understanding how insurance, risk, legal, or compliance constraints shape testing and shipping.
